Chelsea secured their spot in the Champions League quarter-finals with a comfortable 2-0 victory over Galatasaray.
Samuel Eto’o opened the scoring early in the 4th minute, followed by Gary Cahill’s goal in the 42nd minute.
Eto’o expressed his satisfaction with the result, stating, “We aimed to progress to the quarter-finals, and we achieved that objective. We made the match easy by scoring early. Then, we added a second goal and managed the game, keeping Saturday’s match against Arsenal in mind. I thoroughly enjoyed playing from the first minute up front.”
