Samba Dia, the French basketball player of Mauritanian origin, has signed a three-week freelance contract with JSA Bordeaux. Currently without any contract and unemployed since the end of October, Dia will be joining the team to replace the injured Erick Hicks. Dia, who is 28 years old and stands at 2.01 meters, has previous experience with teams like Dijon (Pro A) and Rouen (Pro B). He recently had a stint with Le Mans during the preparation period, showcasing his skills in friendly matches.
