Egypt star Mohamed Salah is set to begin his new chapter in Turkey from a luxurious villa in Trabzon after choosing a lavish family home following his move to Trabzonspor.

The Egyptian forward has selected a property in the Yalincak area of the city after initially staying in a royal suite at a hotel following his arrival.

According to Turkish website Haberler, Salah was impressed by the villa, which sits on a plot of about 975 square metres and includes a private indoor swimming pool, sauna, gym, cinema room and smart-home technology.

Eight rooms and six bathrooms

The property is spread across several floors and features eight rooms and six bathrooms, providing ample space for Salah and his family.

The ground floor covers 120 square metres and contains a kitchen, living room, guest room and bathroom, as well as a 45-square-metre balcony.

The first floor, also measuring 120 square metres, has three bedrooms and three bathrooms, alongside a master suite with its own bathroom and dressing room. There is also a laundry room.

Pool, sauna and cinema

The 230-square-metre garden floor provides several of the property’s main luxury features.

It includes an indoor swimming pool, sauna, gym and winter garden, as well as a work room, lounge, kitchen, storage facilities and an art room.

The rooftop, which covers 35 square metres, has been fitted with a cinema room and additional storage space.

Outside, the property has a 270-square-metre front garden and a 485-square-metre lower garden.

The outdoor facilities include a private swimming pool, fire pit, garden kitchen, shower area, hobby garden and a dedicated children’s play area.

Smart technology and privacy

Salah’s new home is also equipped with a range of modern technology designed to provide comfort and security.

The villa has a smart system for controlling different parts of the property, a speaker system, surveillance and security cameras and a central control system.

It also features natural gas heating, a boiler and underfloor heating.

Salah’s family are expected to join him in Trabzon as the Egypt international settles into life away from the pitch and begins his new experience with Trabzonspor.

The luxurious residence is set to give the African football star and his family privacy and comfort as he starts this latest chapter of his career in Turkey.
