Saka aims to make history in Champions League final

Twenty years after Arsenal’s first Champions League final loss to FC Barcelona (1-2), the Gunners have earned another chance against Paris Saint-Germain this Saturday at 16:00 GMT.

Arsenal winger Bukayo Saka, 24, who recorded 10 matches and 3 goals in the Champions League this season, has one objective: to make history.

“We know the club’s history, and we know that tomorrow we have the opportunity to enter history by winning this title for the first time as players. Just that is a huge source of motivation for us. The pressure? I don’t think too much about it. That’s my way of doing things. I try to enjoy it, focus on the present moment and stay in the moment. I leave the rest in God’s hands,” the English international said at a press conference.

“We had a week to recover and prepare for this match. A match like this won’t be decided in a few minutes. It will be decided on key moments and a bit of quality, and it will be won, I believe, by the best-organized team,” concluded the Arsenal academy graduate.
