Berkane took the lead in the first half through Osama Al-Malawi in stoppage time, before extending their control in the second half, adding two goals each through Brazilian Santos and Al-Riyahi.
The volcanic Renaissance, who won the league shield and the Confederation Cup, is on a paved path towards a historic treble.
This qualification also served the interests of Safi, who secured representation for Moroccan football in the Confederation Cup alongside Wydad, benefiting from Berkane’s presence in the CAF Champions League.
