Romania v Sweden: Ticket prices, match details and how to buy for Nations League B

Romania will face Sweden in a Nations League B match at Arena Nationala in Bucharest on 5 October 2026, with tickets available through the Romanian Football Federation’s official sales portal.

The Group 8 fixture brings together two European nations looking to improve their position in the standings. The kick-off time has yet to be confirmed.

Tickets can be bought directly from the Romanian Football Federation (FRF) ticketing platform, which is responsible for the main distribution of tickets for Romania’s home matches.

The FRF’s official website is the first option for supporters seeking tickets at face value, both during any pre-sale period and once general sales open.

If tickets sell out through the official portal, secondary marketplaces such as StubHub may offer remaining seats. Prices on those platforms can change according to demand and availability.

Standard tickets through the FRF’s official ticketing portal normally start at 20 € for general seating behind the goals. Prices increase depending on the ticket category and the view from the seat inside Arena Nationala.

On secondary markets such as StubHub, tickets are currently listed from 45 € per seat. The final price will depend on the immediate level of demand and the number of seats still available.

Romania v Sweden: Recent form

Romania have recorded two wins, one draw and two defeats in their past five matches. Their most recent result was a 2-1 friendly victory over Wales.

They also defeated San Marino 7-1 in World Cup qualifying, but lost to Turkey and Slovakia during the same run. Across those five games, Romania scored 11 goals and conceded four.

Sweden’s record over their last five matches is one win, two draws and two defeats. Their latest game ended in a 3-0 defeat by France at the World Cup.

They also suffered a 5-1 loss to the Netherlands in the group stage, while their standout result during the sequence was a 5-1 win against Tunisia. Sweden scored eight goals and conceded 10 across the five matches.

Recent head-to-head record

The most recent meeting between the teams took place in November 2019, when Sweden won 2-0 in Bucharest in European Championship qualifying.

Sweden also won the other fixture between the sides that year, beating Romania 2-1 in Stockholm in March 2019.

The only other match in the available head-to-head record was a 1-0 friendly win for Romania in March 2018. Sweden therefore have two victories from the three recorded meetings, compared with one for Romania.
