Roma linked with 17-year-old Angers winger Yahia Jlidi
Tunisian-French winger Yahia Jlidi, currently with Angers SCO U17, has been linked with a move to Roma.
The 17-year-old left-sided attacker is the subject of a transfer rumour connecting him with the Serie A club, although there is no indication that a move has been agreed or that negotiations have reached an advanced stage.
Jlidi has made five appearances in National U19 Group C this season, scoring once. He has also featured twice in the Coupe Gambardella, completing 178 minutes in the competition.
The teenager joined Angers from Creteil Youth in July 2024 on a free transfer and remains part of the French club’s youth setup. He has yet to make a senior Ligue 1 appearance for Angers.
Jlidi is eligible to represent both Tunisia and France, but the available information does not record senior international involvement. His listed position is left winger, placing him among the younger attacking players currently being monitored in the rumour market.
Roma’s reported interest comes while Jlidi is still developing at youth level with Angers. No transfer fee, contract agreement or proposed deal structure has been established, and the link remains at the rumour stage.
