Rodez AF bring in Belgium and DR Congo forward Nachon Nsingi from La Louviere

Belgium and DR Congo forward Nachon Nsingi has joined Rodez AF from La Louviere, completing a move from Belgium’s top flight to France’s Ligue 2.

The 25-year-old centre-forward makes the switch on 17 August 2026, moving to a club competing in the second tier of French football. His arrival gives Rodez a new attacking option as the club continues its preparations for the Ligue 2 campaign.

Nsingi leaves La Louviere after playing for the Belgian club in the Jupiler Pro League. The move represents a change of league and country for the striker, who will now continue his career in France.

Rodez AF are based in Rodez and compete in Ligue 2, while La Louviere’s previous campaign was played in Belgium’s premier division. Nsingi therefore arrives with experience of senior football at the highest domestic level in Belgium and moves into a different competition structure in France.

His role is defined as centre-forward, placing him in the central attacking position for his new side. At 25, Nsingi joins Rodez at a stage of his career when regular first-team football remains central to his development and responsibilities, although no details have been provided about his contract or squad number.

Nsingi’s listed market value is €300,000, but no transfer fee has been disclosed for the move. That figure is separate from the completed agreement between the two clubs and does not represent the amount paid by Rodez.

The player holds Belgian and DR Congo nationality, adding an international dimension to his move from Belgium to France. His next chapter will come in Ligue 2, where he will represent Rodez after leaving La Louviere.

The transfer was completed on 17 August, bringing Nsingi’s time with La Louviere to an end and confirming his arrival at Rodez AF.
