Rockson Yeboah: Osasuna complete €3m signing of Ghana centre-back

Ghana defender Rockson Yeboah has joined LaLiga side CA Osasuna from IFK Goteborg for €3m, completing a move that takes the 22-year-old to Spain.

Yeboah has signed a contract with Osasuna running until 30 June 2031. The centre-back, who was born in Berekum, stands at 1.89m and is predominantly right-footed.

He leaves Swedish club IFK Goteborg after two seasons. Yeboah joined the Allsvenskan side from YAP FC in August 2024 and made three appearances in UEFA Conference League qualifying during the 2026-27 campaign before switching to Osasuna.

The Ghanaian started all three of those matches and played every available minute, recording 300 minutes in the competition. He did not score or provide an assist during the qualifying fixtures.

Yeboah’s move to Osasuna is the latest step in a career that also includes a loan spell with AEK Athens B during the 2023-24 season. He joined the Greek club from YAP FC on loan in July 2023 before returning to his parent club at the end of that campaign.

Osasuna will now have Yeboah under contract through the end of the 2030-31 season, with the defender moving from Sweden’s top flight to Spain’s LaLiga. The transfer was completed on 12 August 2026.
