Abdullah Nashat, the head coach of the first football team at Moga’a Youth Center in the Second Division, Southern Group, has officially announced his resignation from leading the team in upcoming matches.
This decision comes on the heels of a defeat against Beni Suef Telephones, concluding the tenth week of the league on Saturday, January 13.
Following the loss, Mohamed Abdullah, who was responsible for coaching goalkeepers, also submitted his resignation.
Hamdi Sayed, the Director of Contracts and Marketing at Moga’a Youth Center, conveyed that the Board of Directors convened, chaired by Haji Mahmoud Abdelmalek, and decided to accept the resignation.
Simultaneously, they appointed a new head coach and a goalkeeper coach.
Abdullah Nashat assumed the coaching role after the resignation of the former head coach, Haggag Fawzi, two weeks before the conclusion of the first round.
The tenth week of matches saw Bani Mazar Club defeating Minya Club 3-1, Tersana Club securing a 3-0 victory against Tameya Youth, and Al-Wasity Club drawing 0-0 with Fayoum Club.
With these results, Tersana Club leads the standings with 23 points, followed by Fayoum Club with 15 points, Stars of Egypt with 14 points, Tameya Youth with 14 points, Minya Club with 13 points, Bani Mazar Club with 8 points, Beni Suef Telephones with 7 points, and both Al-Wasity and Moga’a Youth Center with 6 points each.
