The administration of the CR Belouizdad football club commemorated a pivotal moment in the struggle for liberation today, marking the seventy-ninth anniversary of the May 8, 1945 massacres.
In a solemn tribute posted on the club’s official page, the CR Belouizdad administration extended its condolences to the martyrs of the liberation revolution, honoring the memory of those who lost their lives in the tragic events.
Officials of CR Belouizdad also highlighted the genocide inflicted upon the Algerian people during these events by the ruthless French colonial regime.
It is worth noting that Algeria commemorates the anniversary of these painful events every May 8th, paying homage to the spirit of the martyrs of the liberation revolution.
