Reims Looking to Offload Mohamed Fofana and Other Players This Winter
Stade de Reims, currently 9th in Ligue 1 with 20 points at the halfway mark of the season, is preparing to trim its squad during the winter transfer window.

At the top of the list is Franco-Malian defender Mohamed Fofana. Despite being one of the club’s highest earners, the central defender has fallen out of favor and was already encouraged to find a new club. However, with only six months left on his contract, Fofana appears in no rush to depart.
🇫🇷🇵🇹 Valentin Roberge Could Also Leave
Another potential exit is Valentin Roberge, currently on loan from Sunderland. The French-Portuguese defender has struggled to adapt to Ligue 1 and is reportedly unsettled. A return to the Premier League is being considered as a more suitable option for the player.
