Regional broadcasters confirmed for Morocco-Algeria Women’s AFCON clash

Morocco v Algeria will be available through a combination of international, regional and local broadcasters, with coverage differing across North Africa, the Middle East and Africa’s various television markets.

In North Africa and the wider MENA region, beIN Sports holds the exclusive television rights for the match. The game will be shown in high definition on beIN Sports MENA 6, making the channel the main viewing option for audiences in those territories.

Viewers in Morocco will also have access to a free domestic broadcast. Public channel Arryadia TNT will show the match live and unencrypted, giving Moroccan supporters an additional option outside the subscription-based beIN Sports service.

The match is part of the 2026 Women’s Africa Cup of Nations and is described as the petite finale, or third-place play-off. Coverage will be distributed through separate broadcasting networks depending on the viewer’s location across the continent.

For French-speaking sub-Saharan Africa, CANAL+ Afrique will provide the full broadcast. The operator’s channels will carry the petite finale for football supporters in West Africa, Central Africa and Southern Africa.

The distribution arrangements are different for English-speaking countries and eastern parts of Africa. SuperSport will handle the signal for subscribers to the DStv and GOtv platforms across French- and English-speaking Southern Africa.

That means viewers in the southern region who have access to either of those subscription packages can follow the full match through the SuperSport network. The service forms part of the regional arrangements for audiences outside the North African and MENA markets.

In East Africa, the broadcast will be provided by Azam Media. The operator will be responsible for showing the game across the eastern African zone.

South African viewers will also have a further option, with the country’s broadcaster SABC completing the coverage arrangements for the southern tip of the continent.

The result is a layered broadcast plan, with beIN Sports MENA 6 serving North Africa and the MENA region, Arryadia TNT offering a free Moroccan transmission, and separate services covering French-speaking sub-Saharan Africa, Southern Africa and East Africa.
