Referees confirmed for Raja and Wydad Throne Cup Round of 16 matches

The clubs competing in the Moroccan National Professional Championship are set to enter the Moroccan Throne Cup starting from the Round of 16 fixtures scheduled for the end of this week.

Wydad AC will face second-division side Raja Beni Mellal on Sunday at the Mohammed V Complex in Casablanca.

Meanwhile, Raja Club Athletic are set to host Chabab Al Massira on Saturday evening at the same venue as both Casablanca giants begin their quest for the prestigious domestic trophy.

El Atifi Appointed for Raja Clash

The match between Raja Casablanca and Chabab Al Massira will be officiated by referee Slimane El Atifi.

He will be assisted by Farid Al-Juwailil and Mohamed Farah, while Zouhair Khadim has been appointed to oversee VAR duties for the encounter.

Barada to Officiate Wydad Encounter

Referee Barada has been selected to take charge of the clash between Wydad Athletic Club and Raja Beni Mellal.

He will work alongside assistants Mohamed Nakhcha and Mohamed Hassan, while Abdelrahim Rakhiz will supervise the VAR room with assistance from Zakaria Boushtaoui.

Both matches are expected to attract significant attention as Raja and Wydad begin their pursuit of Throne Cup glory.
