Redwan Nasir linked with Hawasa Ketema move in Ethiopia

Ethiopian attacking midfielder Redwan Nasir, currently with Hawasa Ketema, is linked with a move to Hawasa Ketema in the Ethiopian Premier League.

The rumour concerns a proposed switch from Sidama Bunna, although Nasir is already listed as a Hawasa Ketema player after joining the club on 1 September 2026. The move is recorded as a free transfer, with the 24-year-old now part of Hawasa’s squad for the 2026-27 Premier League season.

Nasir has made two appearances this campaign, starting in half of Hawasa’s possible league matches and playing 50% of the available minutes. He has yet to score or provide an assist, with the club’s early-season record showing two appearances and 180 minutes in the Premier League.

Born in Addis Ababa on 10 November 2001, Nasir plays in the attacking midfield position and previously represented Sidama Bunna. He had joined that club from Ethiopia Bunna during the 2024-25 season, also on a free transfer.

Nasir’s current market value is €125,000. The available details do not indicate a contract expiry date, while his current status remains that of a Hawasa Ketema player.
