Redouane Mennioui leaves KACM Marrakech for Al-Raed switch

Morocco centre-back Redouane Mennioui has joined Saudi First Division League side Al-Raed from KACM Marrakech, completing a new chapter in his career at the age of 27.

Mennioui’s move was completed on 17 August 2026, taking him out of Morocco’s Botola Pro Inwi and into Saudi Arabia’s second-tier football competition. The right-footed defender becomes an Al-Raed player after spending the previous part of his career with KACM Marrakech.

The Fes-born defender featured prominently in Moroccan domestic football, making 24 appearances in the Botola Pro Inwi and providing two assists. He also played five times in the Coupe du Trone Marocaine, giving him further experience across domestic competition.

Mennioui joined KACM Marrakech from USM Oujda in July 2024 on a free transfer. Before that move, he had represented Ouarzazate and began his senior career with MAS Fes Reserve, also moving to those clubs without a transfer fee.

Standing at 1.88m, Mennioui’s primary position is centre-back. His arrival gives Al-Raed a defender with experience in Moroccan league and cup football as the club competes in the Saudi First Division League.

The transfer continues Mennioui’s progression through clubs in Morocco and marks his first recorded move outside the country. He joins Al-Raed after establishing himself as a regular defensive figure for KACM Marrakech in domestic competition.

Mennioui has now formally switched from KACM Marrakech to Al-Raed, with the transfer completed on 17 August 2026.
