Recovery training for national team players amid fears of fatigue

The upcoming clash with Mozambique in the opening match of Group B in the 2024 Africa Cup of Nations, the Egyptian national football team, led by Portuguese coach Rui Vitoria, engaged in a morning training session.

Notably, the session incorporated the presence of various recovery equipment, personally arranged by Dr. Mohamed Abu Elala, the team’s physician, to be utilized immediately post-training.

The Egyptian national team, under the guidance of Rui Vitoria, aims to reclaim the prestigious Africa Cup of Nations title after a hiatus of 13 years.

The encounter with Mozambique, scheduled for Sunday at 7 p.m., marks their first official match in the tournament hosted in Cote d’Ivoire, commencing on January 13.
