“We have not given up on Gareth Bale; it is impossible to give up on a player of this quality. Of course, Tottenham is trying to negotiate a new contract with him,” Zidane stated. “We have made it clear that he is a target, but Real Madrid has a very good relationship with Tottenham, and we are working on this gradually.
