In recent statements to Foot Mercato, Dugarry revealed Zidane’s strong desire to transition into a head coaching position: “He wants to take on a team very quickly. Being a deputy is good, but being in charge is even better. He is decided, determined. The earliest opportunity would be best for him.”
Dugarry emphasized that while Zidane continues to learn from his experiences, he is eager to step into a leadership role. However, the decision ultimately depends on the offers Zidane receives from clubs across Europe.
Given Zidane’s ambition and readiness to lead, it remains to be seen if he will wait until 2016 to potentially take charge of Real Madrid, or if he will pursue other opportunities sooner.
