Spanish giants Real Madrid are reportedly preparing for the possible departures of Brazilian duo Vinicius Jr and Rodrygo Goes.
According to information gathered, the record Champions League holders have identified Spanish forwards Nico Williams and Lamine Yamal as potential replacements for the highly-rated Brazilians.
Vinicius Jr, since he arrived at Real Madrid, has been one of the standout performers in the world, helping the Spanish side to win many trophies.
He is now a transfer target of clubs in the Saudi Pro League that are ready to spend €1 billion to secure his services.
Rodrygo, on the other hand, is a transfer target of the English Premier League outfit Manchester City.
Although both Vinicius Jr and Rodrygo have expressed their desire to continue playing for Real Madrid, the club is reportedly preparing for what could happen in the future.
As a result, the club is keeping tabs on Lamine Yamal and Nico Williams, hoping to make big moves to secure the services of the Spain duo should the Brazilians leave the club.
Officials at Real Madrid acknowledge that signing the two players, especially Lamine Yama,l who plays for rival club FC Barcelona, will be very difficult.
