Real Madrid reportedly plotting move for Nigeria star Victor Osimhen

Spanish giants, Real Madrid, are reportedly plotting a move for Nigeria international Victor Osimhen in an attempt to bolster their attack.

The 26-year-old forward joined Galatasaray on permanent deal in the summer transfer window following a standout loan spell.

Osimhen enjoyed an amazing loan spell, racking up crucial goals as Galatasaray secured the Turkish Super Lig and Turkish Cup title last season.

According to media outlet Fichajes, the record Champions League holders are preparing an offer estimated at €100 million to secure the services of Osimhen. The Spanish giants hope to sign the former Napoli striker and entrust him with the number 9 role.

Despite Osimhen being considered an ideal profile for the La Liga club, negotiations with Galatasaray are expected to be complicated. The Turkish giants are reluctant to cash in on the Nigeria international in the winter window.

The 26-year-old striker is under contract with Galatasaray until June 30, 2029. This season, he has scored 9 goals in 12 appearances across all competitions.
