Real Madrid make Aurelien Tchouameni untouchable amid Man United interest

Real Madrid have no intention of selling Aurelien Tchouameni despite concrete interest from Manchester United, according to Fabrizio Romano.

Manchester United see the French midfielder as an ideal long-term successor to Casemiro, having already successfully lured the Brazilian from the Bernabeu in the past.

Tchouameni has recently found himself in the spotlight after a dressing-room bust-up with teammate Federico Valverde, sparking speculation over his future and claims the pair could not continue together next season.

The midfielder has since apologized for the incident with Valverde, looking to move on quickly and refocus on football. Real Madrid, for their part, remain convinced by his quality and mentality and are not entertaining offers.

Club chiefs view the former Monaco star as a key pillar of their project for the coming years, with his age, versatility and physical presence making him central to their midfield rebuild. While United’s interest is described as genuine, any approach is expected to be firmly rejected, with Madrid determined to keep Tchouameni at the heart of their plans rather than repeat the Casemiro sale.
