Great news for fans of Razak Boukari and the Togo national team as the player has returned to training with his club, Wolverhampton (English D2). After undergoing surgery five months ago due to recurring calf pain, Boukari is making a comeback. Unfortunately, his injury prevented him from participating in the 2013 Africa Cup of Nations with Togo.
However, Wolverhampton’s manager, Dean Saunders, is cautious about rushing Boukari back into full action. “Razak is back on the field. I don’t know if his calf will be able to hold a full collective session, but he’s back, and we’ll follow his progress closely,” stated Saunders. Wolverhampton is currently struggling in the English Championship, sitting in 21st place out of 24 teams.
