SEVILLA FC EYE GAËL KAKUTA AFTER IMPRESSIVE LOAN AT RAYO VALLECANO
French midfielder Gaël Kakuta, on loan from Chelsea to Rayo Vallecano, is drawing serious interest from Sevilla FC after a standout season in La Liga. Known for his flair and technical ability, Kakuta has statistically ranked among the top three dribblers in the Spanish league, which hasn’t gone unnoticed.
According to Footmercato, a meeting has already taken place between Kakuta’s agent and Monchi, Sevilla’s renowned sporting director. The Andalusian club, where Stéphane Mbia currently plays, is reportedly keen to add Kakuta to its ranks for next season.
Sevilla must now engage Chelsea in talks to determine the transfer fee for the 23-year-old, who has yet to fully break through at Stamford Bridge but may finally find stability and continuity in Spain.
