Randal Kolo Muani edges closer to Juventus return

Randal Kolo Muani is closing in on a return to Juventus, with the Italian club’s general manager saying the deal is now in its final stage.

After months of stops, starts and failed attempts, the move finally appears to be heading toward a clean finish.

Giovanni Carnevali made the situation sound almost done when he told Tuttosport, “We are currently finalizing the transfer and are in the final stages, but until anything is signed, anything can happen..” That caution still leaves some room for a late twist, but the tone is clearly optimistic.

Kolo Muani already showed what he can bring to Juventus during his 2024-25 loan spell. In 16 Serie A matches, he scored eight goals and added one assist, giving the club pace, direct running and an attacking threat that often stretched defences. Those numbers helped strengthen Juventus’ belief that he fits their plans.

For the French forward, the return would offer continuity after a productive spell in Turin. For Juventus, it would settle one of the summer’s longest-running transfer stories and bring back a player who already understands the team’s demands.
