Raja Casablanca are continuing their efforts to reinforce the squad during the ongoing winter transfer window, with the club now focusing on finding a replacement in defensive midfield following the departure of Nigerian player Moses Orkuma.
According to the daily newspaper Al-Sabah, the Green Eagles are keen to bring in a player capable of operating in the holding midfield role after Orkuma recently agreed to terminate his contract with the club, leaving a gap in a key area of the team.
The report added that Raja are now turning their attention to options within the domestic league, after attempts to sign a foreign player for the position proved unsuccessful due to a lack of suitable profiles.
Raja’s search comes as the team continues its campaign in the Professional League, having played out a 1-1 draw away to Ittihad Touarga on Sunday.
