Raja Casablanca continue winning form ahead of League return

Raja Casablanca secured a narrow 1-0 victory over KAC Kenitra in a friendly match played at the club’s academy in Bouskoura, as preparations continue for the return of the professional national championship.

The decisive moment came through Yahya Ighiz, who delivered an impressive performance and scored the only goal of the game to seal Raja’s second consecutive friendly win.

The Green Eagles had earlier recorded a 3-2 victory over Ittihad Touarga, underlining their strong form during the preparatory phase.

These results form part of the team’s build-up ahead of the resumption of league action, with the squad showing encouraging signs under head coach Lassaad Chabbi.

Raja currently sit second in the league standings with 30 points, level with leaders AS FAR, keeping the title race finely balanced.
