Rafiu Durosinmi has been linked with a move from Viktoria Plzeň to Bundesliga side Stuttgart, with the latest Transfermarkt rumour rating the switch at a 29% probability and listing the Nigeria centre-forward at a market value of €6.50m.

The 22-year-old, who plays as a centre-forward and wears number 17 for Viktoria Plzeň, is currently registered in the Czech system under the Chance Liga, and a transfer to Stuttgart would represent a step into one of Europe’s top five leagues. While there is no information in the publicly available data about the length or terms of his current deal in Plzeň, the absence of a stated contract expiry leaves room for speculation over whether a future move could involve a reduced fee or, at some stage, even a free-agency scenario, though nothing is confirmed.

Durosinmi’s valuation has risen sharply over the past few seasons. First recorded at €125,000 while at MFK Karviná U19 in December 2021, his market value climbed through €200,000 and €250,000 at Karviná before jumping to €700,000 after his initial move to Viktoria Plzeň in 2023. By late 2023 he was assessed at €5m, fluctuated slightly, and is now listed at €6.50m as of September 2025.

Born in Lagos on 1 January 2003, the 1.92m right-footed striker moved from Nigerian side Box2Box FC to the Czech Republic in 2021, progressing from MFK Karviná’s youth ranks to the first team, then joining Viktoria Plzeň on loan in January 2023 before a permanent switch that summer.

If a transfer to Stuttgart were eventually to materialise, the move could mark a pivotal stage in Durosinmi’s career, offering a bigger platform to enhance his reputation and test his potential at Bundesliga level.
