TROYES STRENGTHEN DEFENSE WITH ANELE NGCONGCA ON LOAN FROM GENK
South African international Anele Ngcongca is set to experience Ligue 1 football for the first time. According to Mercato365, the 27-year-old defender has completed a loan move to Troyes from Belgian side Racing Genk.
Ngcongca, who can play as a central defender or right-back, joins Jean-Marc Furlan’s side on a loan deal with an option to buy. The former Genk stalwart still has a contract running until June 2018, but will now look to establish himself in France’s top flight.
This move follows Troyes’ earlier signing of Chris Mavinga, as the newly promoted club continues to bolster its backline for the challenges of Ligue 1.
