Quentin Ndjantou opens up on PSG move and Paris roots

Quentin Ndjantou has shared the story behind his move to Paris Saint-Germain, reflecting on the moment the club came calling during a recent interview at the Club Tour SNIPES launch, as reported by Le Meilleur du PSG.

The young forward, a product of the French capital, explained that his deep connection to Paris played a major role in his decision. Born and raised in the Île-de-France region, Ndjantou sees representing PSG as more than just a career step—it is a personal milestone tied to his identity and upbringing.

“I grew up in the Île-de-France region, I’m a Parisian at heart, so when PSG spotted me, it was a great source of pride for me!” he declared before continuing.

Wearing the colours of the reigning 2025 European champions carries special meaning for the attacker, who considers the opportunity both an honour and a responsibility.

Ndjantou, who is of Cameroonian descent, is currently working his way back to full fitness. The youngster has been sidelined in recent weeks as he continues his recovery, with hopes of returning to action soon.
