Pyramids FC pulled off a sensational 2-1 victory against Espérance de Tunis in the fourth round of the CAF Champions League group stage. The electrifying encounter, held at the 30 June Stadium in Cairo, kept fans on the edge of their seats until the final whistle.
Espérance de Tunis started the match with confidence, showing their attacking prowess early on. Their persistence nearly paid off in the 10th minute, but a goal was disallowed for offside.

Houssem Tka also tested the Egyptian defense with a powerful strike in the 41st minute, but the goalkeeper once again rose to the occasion, keeping the game goalless at halftime.
The second half began with renewed intensity, and Espérance finally found their breakthrough in the 57th minute.
Youcef Belaili capitalized on a defensive lapse and deftly redirected the ball into the net, giving the visitors a deserved 1-0 lead.
Despite the setback, Pyramids FC refused to back down. The hosts increased their attacking tempo and began to apply relentless pressure.
Their efforts bore fruit in the dying moments of the game. In the 90th minute, Mostafa Fathi unleashed a precise cross-shot that caught Espérance goalkeeper Memmiche off guard, leveling the score at 1-1.
Just three minutes later, Pyramids FC completed their stunning comeback in spectacular fashion.
Ibrahim Adel delivered a moment of brilliance with an acrobatic overhead kick, leaving the Espérance defense and their goalkeeper helpless.
The dramatic goal sealed a 2-1 victory for the home side, sending the Cairo crowd into raptures.
The win brings Pyramids FC level with Espérance de Tunis at the top of Group D, with both teams now sitting on seven points.
Elsewhere in the group, Sagrada Esperança kept their hopes alive with a narrow 1-0 victory over Djoliba AC, pushing their tally to five points.
Djoliba AC remains at the bottom with two points.
