The head coach of Pyramids FC, Krunoslav Jurčić, is upbeat ahead of his side’s CAF Champions League second-leg encounter against Orlando Pirates this weekend.
Speaking at a press conference ahead of the game on Friday, April 25, the coach said his team is in excellent technical and physical condition.
However, Krunoslav Jurčić wants his team to stay focused throughout the game and give their best for the desired result to advance to the final.
“Pyramids are unbeaten at home, an advantage the team will capitalise on, despite Orlando Pirates’ strength away from home, as they demonstrated in their victories over Al Ahly and MC Alger.
“The team is in excellent technical and physical condition, with Ramadan Sobhi, Sadiq Igola, and the rest of the players ready,” Coach Krunoslav Jurčić said.
The CAF Champions League semi-final second leg encounter between Pyramids and Orlando Pirates will kick off at 6 pm on Friday.
With the first leg ending goalless in South Africa, both teams will be eager to secure the win to advance to the final.
