PSV Weigh First-Team Move for German-Ghanaian Striker Keziah Oteng-Mensah
Keziah Oteng-Mensah, the 18-year-old German-Ghanaian centre-forward at PSV U21, has been linked with a move to PSV.
The reported switch would take the teenager from PSV’s side in the Keuken Kampioen Divisie to the club’s Eredivisie squad. It follows his move to the Netherlands from Frankfurt U19 on 12 August 2026, with PSV U21 paying a reported €250,000 for his services.
Oteng-Mensah began the 2026-27 campaign with PSV U21 but has yet to make an appearance. He was not involved in the side’s opening fixture in the U19 DFB-Nachwuchsliga, recording no minutes, goals or assists.
The forward was born in Frankfurt am Main and has represented both Germany and Ghana at nationality level. He stands 1.85 metres tall and is listed as being comfortable using either foot.
Oteng-Mensah’s current agreement with PSV U21 runs until 30 June 2029, leaving the club with the player secured on a long-term contract. Any move to PSV’s senior set-up would therefore be an internal progression rather than a transfer between clubs.
The link comes on the same day as his arrival from Frankfurt, where he had progressed through the youth system before moving into the under-19 side. For now, he remains registered with PSV U21 under a contract that runs through 2029.
