Zlatan Ibrahimovic has officially extended his contract with Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) until 2016. The announcement was made by the club on its Twitter account, expressing excitement about the continuation of the partnership.
Ibrahimovic stated, “Paris Saint-Germain will be the club in which I will finish my career. It’s a certainty! I am very happy to extend until 2016! Since day one, I knew it would be my last club!”
The Swedish striker expressed his commitment to maintaining his level of performance, saying, “I will work every day to keep my level and be as good as ever for Paris Saint-Germain.” Ibrahimovic also voiced his pride in being part of PSG and his determination to win the Champions League with the club.
“I think Paris is now ready to win the Champions League. The big European clubs we played against realized our level! The Champions League is not the only trophy we want to win; we want them all! Paris Saint-Germain has the best attack and the best defense in the world. I want to win the Champions League with Paris, and we are going to do it! It’s certain!!!” he added.
