Paris Saint-Germain have set clear financial terms for Randal Kolo Muani’s future, as Chelsea emerge as serious contenders to hijack Juventus’ pursuit of the striker.
Kolo Muani, who is of Congolese descent, joined Juventus on loan from PSG in January 2025, with the temporary move extended to allow him to feature in the Club World Cup.
However, the deal does not include a permanent transfer clause, leaving his long-term future unresolved.
According to reports from Tuttosport, PSG are prepared to offload the French international permanently for €38 million.
Alternatively, they would consider a loan deal for €10 million with a mandatory purchase clause of €30 million—terms Juventus have yet to accept.
The Serie A club’s hesitation has opened the door for Chelsea to enter the race.
The Premier League side are reportedly monitoring the situation closely and could move quickly if they offload Nicolas Jackson this summer.
Should that happen, Kolo Muani is viewed as a direct replacement by the Stamford Bridge hierarchy.
Juventus remain interested but are reluctant to meet PSG’s current valuation, especially as they evaluate their forward options for the upcoming campaign.
Chelsea’s potential involvement could force the Italian giants into quicker negotiations or risk losing the forward to a Premier League rival.
The summer transfer window is expected to be decisive for Kolo Muani, who remains under contract with PSG until 2028.
