PSG push to sign Monaco star Maghnes Akliouche

Paris Saint-Germain are stepping up their move for Monaco winger Maghnes Akliouche after holding initial talks with the player’s entourage, according to journalist Djamel.

The 24-year-old has reportedly been approved as a priority summer target by head coach Luis Enrique and football advisor Luis Campos, underlining how highly he is rated at the Parc des Princes.

Akliouche is said to be enthusiastic about the prospect of joining PSG, so agreeing personal terms is not expected to be a major obstacle if negotiations progress. The right-winger has enjoyed a standout campaign for Monaco, producing seven goals and 11 assists and emerging as one of Ligue 1’s most exciting young attackers.

Contractually, Monaco remain in a strong position, with Akliouche tied to the club until 2028, meaning PSG would likely need to negotiate a significant transfer fee to secure his services. His market valuation, reportedly around €50 million, reflects both his current impact and long-term potential.

Les Parisiens are expected to advance discussions after the Champions League final at the end of the month, as they look to refresh their attack for next season.
