Eli Junior Kroupi on the radar of PSG

Paris Saint-Germain are preparing a serious financial push to sign highly rated 19-year-old forward Eli Junior Kroupi from AFC Bournemouth.

The Champions League-winning French giants look to reinforce their attacking depth in the upcoming summer window, with the Franco-Ivorian talent emerging as a target.

Per reports, the French giants scouts have been closely monitoring Kroupi’s performances throughout the season and are already convinced of his potential. The club’s recruitment department is said to have compiled extensive scouting reports on the teenager, whose pace, movement, and clinical finishing have stood out in a breakthrough campaign in England.

Kroupi has enjoyed an impressive rise this season, featuring in 35 matches across all competitions for Bournemouth, scoring 13 goals and establishing himself as one of the club’s most exciting attacking options. His development has not gone unnoticed across Europe, with PSG now positioning themselves as the most serious contenders for his signature.

However, any potential deal is expected to be complicated by Bournemouth’s firm stance on valuation. The Premier League side are open to selling the youngster, but only for a significant fee, with reports suggesting they are looking well above his current market valuation of around €40 million. With his contract running until 2030, Bournemouth are under no pressure to sell, giving them strong leverage in negotiations.

For PSG, the interest aligns with their long-term strategy of investing in young, high-ceiling talents who can be developed into world-class players. But whether they are willing to meet Bournemouth’s asking price remains the key question as talks could intensify in the coming months.
