Marquinhos, the promising Paris Saint-Germain defender, has openly expressed his desire to join FC Barcelona following his success with Brazil’s U20 team at the Toulon tournament.
The 19-year-old, who was part of Brazil’s victorious squad on Sunday, told Catalan broadcaster TV3 that he is now awaiting PSG’s decision regarding his future. “Barça is a great team. I’ll wait and see what Paris Saint-Germain decides. Now this interest in me proves that I’m performing well, but I still have a lot to show,” he said.
