Ibrahim Mbaye transfer takes fresh twist as PSG reject Liverpool proposal

Liverpool have lost ground in their pursuit of Senegalese winger Ibrahim Mbaye, with Paris Saint-Germain now open to offers for the 18-year-old but yet to determine his next destination.
