Prince Tabnore joins Pausesti Otasau as Ghanaian midfielder continues Romanian journey

Ghanaian attacking midfielder Prince Tabnore has joined Pausesti Otasau from Gilortul on a free transfer, completing his latest move in Romanian football.

Tabnore, 20, made the switch on 25 August 2026 after less than two months with Gilortul. He had joined that club from CS Drobeta on 8 July, also on a free transfer, before moving on to Pausesti Otasau for the 2026-27 season.

The Tema-born player operates primarily in attacking midfield and stands 1.75m tall. He began his latest campaign with a single appearance in the Romanian Cup, playing the full 120 minutes of the match. He is yet to record a goal or assist in the competition.

Tabnore’s move to Pausesti Otasau continues a sequence of free transfers since he entered Romanian football. Before joining CS Drobeta, he had played for M. Lupeni, arriving there in January 2026. His move to M. Lupeni was his first recorded club change in Romania, following a spell with no previous club listed in his transfer history.

The midfielder’s arrival gives Pausesti Otasau a Ghanaian player with experience of several Romanian sides despite his relatively young age. His recent involvement in a cup match also means he arrives having already played competitive football during the opening weeks of the new season.

Tabnore’s career so far has been marked by regular changes of club rather than long spells with one side. He moved from M. Lupeni to CS Drobeta in January, switched to Gilortul in July and has now joined Pausesti Otasau in August.

His latest destination becomes the fourth Romanian club in his recorded senior career. At Pausesti Otasau, he will continue to play in an attacking midfield role after making the move from Gilortul without a transfer fee.

The completed transfer was registered on 25 August 2026, with Tabnore now a Pausesti Otasau player.
