Prince Kwabena Owusu, the prolific Ghanaian striker, has secured a move to Al-Alhadayah SC in Saudi Arabia. The forward, who previously played for Bibiani Goldstars, has signed a two-year contract with the Saudi third division club, extending his commitment through to 2026.

Owusu’s departure from Bibiani Goldstars comes after a standout period with the club, where he was instrumental in their attack.

The 26-year-old striker, known for his goal-scoring prowess, was a key figure in the Ghanaian Division One League.

During his tenure with Goldstars, he scored 19 goals in Zone Two of the league, earning the top scorer accolade.

His impressive performance continued throughout his three-season stint with the club, where he notched 16 goals and provided seven assists in 86 appearances.

In total, Owusu’s career with the Miners saw him make over 100 appearances and score more than 35 goals.

His significant contributions on the field have solidified his reputation as a formidable striker.

Owusu also brings experience from his time with the Ghana under-23 national team, adding further depth to his footballing background.

Al-Alhadayah SC, based in Saudi Arabia’s third division, will benefit from Owusu’s attacking capabilities as they look to enhance their squad for the upcoming seasons.

His arrival is expected to provide a boost to the team’s offensive options and help drive their ambitions in the league.

The move marks a new chapter for Owusu, who has opted for a fresh challenge in the Middle East after declining to extend his contract with Bibiani Goldstars.

His decision to join Al-Alhadayah underscores his desire to continue his professional career and make an impact in a new footballing environment.

As Owusu begins this new journey with Al-Alhadayah, his past achievements and experience are anticipated to play a crucial role in his success with the Saudi club.

His track record of goal-scoring and his contributions to previous teams demonstrate his potential to excel in the Saudi third division and contribute significantly to his new team’s aspirations.
