PRINCE BOATENG SOON TO HAVE SURGERY

boateng

AC Milan’s Ghanaian midfielder, Kevin Prince Boateng, is set to undergo an operation after breaking a finger on his right hand during the team’s victory on the 2nd day of Serie A against Bologna. The Rossoneri secured a 3-1 win, with Pazzini, a defector from Inter Milan, scoring a hat-trick.

Unfortunately, this triumph for AC Milan comes with a setback for Boateng, who sustained the injury during the match. The severity of the injury is yet to be determined, as Milan is awaiting the results of an MRI before deciding on the necessary course of action for the player’s operation. In addition to Boateng, another Rossoneri player, Ricardo Montolivo, experienced muscle pain during the game.

The absence of Boateng is likely to be felt by AC Milan in the upcoming weeks, and his recovery timeline will depend on the outcome of the operation. Meanwhile, back in Ghana, there is ongoing anticipation for the return of the footballer known as “Boa.” Despite ending his international career two years ago after representing Ghana in the 2010 World Cup, sports leaders in Ghana are hopeful for Boateng’s return to form and possibly a comeback to the national team.
