Riyad Mahrez has won two English league titles in three years. Having arrived at Manchester City last summer, the Algerian winger once again lifted the Premier League trophy this Sunday thanks to the Citizens’ victory away to Brighton.
This victory allowed City to finish the season top of the table with 98 points, one point ahead of Mohamed Salah and Sadio Mané’s Liverpool. The Reds finished second despite their win over Wolverhampton thanks to a brace from Mané.
Manchester United thus win their sixth league title.
