Nabil Bentaleb set for summer move

LOSC Lille midfielder Nabil Bentaleb is reportedly drawing strong interest from clubs across Europe and beyond, with Premier League sides now monitoring his situation closely ahead of the summer transfer window.

The 31-year-old Algeria international could leave Lille at the end of the season as his contract approaches its expiry, according to Foot Mercato.

Remarkable comeback season after health scare

Bentaleb’s resurgence has been one of the standout stories of the season after he made a remarkable return to professional football last year following a heart attack.

This season, he has become an important figure for Lille, making 36 appearances in all competitions, scoring twice and providing two assists as the French side push for UEFA Champions League qualification.

Contract situation remains open

While Lille still have the option to extend his deal, no final decision has been made, leaving the door open for a possible summer departure.

The midfielder’s future now appears uncertain as interest continues to grow from multiple markets.

Besiktas and Premier League clubs enter the race

Beşiktaş JK have already made contact with Bentaleb’s representatives, while another Turkish club is also believed to be in the running.

There is also reported interest from Saudi Arabia, as well as clubs in the bottom half of the Premier League standings and several top-six sides in Ligue 1.

With his contract situation unresolved, Bentaleb is expected to become one of the more experienced midfield options available on a free transfer this summer.
