Al Ahly coach Marcel Koller insists South African international Percy Tau remains part of the club plans.
The 30-year-old attacker faces an uncertain future at Al Ahly as he nears the expiration of his contract. Currently, the pacey forward has just six months left on his contract.
Earlier report suggested Percy Tau could depart Al Ahly at the end of his contract.
But Koller speaking ahead of CR Belouizdad clash affirmed the former Brighton marksman remains part of the club’s plan.
“South African Percy Tau is with us and is part of our future plans… and we are only thinking about tomorrow’s match.” He said.
Percy Tau has made only 14 appearances for Al Ahly this season, scoring three goals and providing an assist.
