Juventus Ready to Triple Paul Pogba’s Salary to Keep Star Midfielder
Juventus is determined to hold on to Paul Pogba — even if it means a dramatic pay raise. According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, the Turin-based club is ready to offer the 21-year-old French international a salary of €4.5 million per year, tripling his current earnings.
This new deal would make Pogba the third highest-paid player in Serie A, tied with his Juventus teammate Carlos Tevez. Only AS Roma’s Daniele De Rossi (€6.5 million) and Napoli’s Gonzalo Higuaín (€5.5 million) earn more.
The proposed raise reflects Pogba’s rapid rise. A key figure in Juventus’ domestic dominance — crowned Serie A champions three times in a row — Pogba has also become a mainstay for the French national team, with 17 caps and 3 goals already to his name.
Juventus’ message is clear: when it comes to Pogba, no price is too high.
