Pogba Set to Stay at Juventus, Says Agent Raiola
Paul Pogba’s future appears increasingly likely to remain with Juventus, according to the player’s agent Mino Raiola.
Despite persistent transfer rumours linking the France international with big-money moves to Paris Saint-Germain, Chelsea or Real Madrid, Raiola suggested Pogba could continue his development in Turin for the foreseeable future.
“Everything is possible for Paul,” Raiola told La Gazzetta dello Sport. “He could stay at Juventus without renewing his contract, since he is already tied to the club until 2016. It’s also possible he will agree to an extension before the new season begins.”
Pogba, 21, has quickly become one of Europe’s most sought-after midfielders since joining Juventus from Manchester United in 2012, playing a key role in the club’s domestic dominance.
The Bianconeri will be hoping to keep hold of their prized asset as they prepare for another campaign in Serie A and the UEFA Champions League.
