Parfait Guiagon transfer stalls after Saudi club bid rejected by Sporting de Charleroi

Parfait Guiagon’s proposed move to Saudi Arabia has reached an impasse after Sporting de Charleroi rejected the first offer for the Ivory Coast winger.
