Palestinian striker Wissam Abu Ali will join Egyptian powerhouse Al Ahly for preseason training this weekend.
Abu Ali will return on to Cairo Sunday, before joining his team for group training on Monday in preparation for the new season.
As the new season approaches, Al Ahly are set to embark on preseason training in order to get the team ready for the 2025/26 campaign.
Al-Ahly will begin its preparations with three days of physical training, which will conclude on July 18. The team will then depart for the Tunisian city of Tabarka to begin a closed training camp that will last for 11 days.
Al-Ahly will face ES Constantine on July 21 and Etoile du Sahel on July 28. Meanwhile, the two clubs are currently negotiating a friendly match for July 25, while Esperance is busy preparing for a friendly match on July 24.
Ribeiro is scheduled to give his players a 48-hour rest period after returning from the Tunisia camp, before returning to training in preparation for the league’s launch on August 6.
