Pa Dibba signs contract extension with IFK Haninge, ready for new challenges

IFK Haninge has officially secured the services of Pa Dibba for the long haul.

The prolific striker, who made his return to Swedish football in the summer of 2023, has extended his contract with the club after an outstanding season.

Dibba, who was born in Gambia and moved to Sweden at the age of seven, made an immediate impact with IFK Haninge, scoring an impressive 30 goals in 23 games. His contributions helped the club regain their spot at the top, securing promotion to the first division.

“For Dibba, it’s more than just football – it’s love for the club, the fans and the game. Now we enter the next chapter, with a top scorer who is never satisfied,” the club shared via Instagram.

Before joining Haninge, Dibba had stints with Hammarby and Gif Sundsvall in Sweden, but his loyalty and passion for Haninge are clear as he embarks on the next stage of his career. Fans can now look forward to more thrilling performances from one of Sweden’s most exciting strikers.
